Information and professional development
The regular updating of Directors’ skills and knowledge
is encouraged. The Company provides the necessary
resources for developing and updating its Directors’
knowledge and capabilities including access to
independent professional advice, services of the Company
Secretary and any other services as may be necessary.
In particular, the Company is committed to the provision
of continuing professional development training to its
Directors and in 2013 held the following internal seminars
for Board members, with attendance as shown below.
