GAMUDA BERHAD (CO. REGN. NO. 197601003632 (29579-T)) ("GAMUDA" OR THE "COMPANY") PROPOSED ESTABLISHMENT OF AN EMPLOYEES SHARE OPTION SCHEME OF UP TO 10% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF GAMUDA (EXCLUDING TREASURY SHARES, IF ANY) ("PROPOSED SCHEME")
Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 22 October 2021 in relation to the Proposed Scheme (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.
On behalf of the Board, HLIB wishes to announce that the listing application to Bursa Securities in respect of the listing of and quotation for such number of new Shares representing up to 10% of the total issued Shares (excluding treasury shares) to be issued under the Proposed Scheme, on the Main Market of Bursa Securities has been submitted on 25 October 2021.
