GAMUDA BERHAD (CO. REGN. NO. 197601003632 (29579-T)) ("GAMUDA" OR THE "COMPANY") PROPOSED ESTABLISHMENT OF AN EMPLOYEES SHARE OPTION SCHEME OF UP TO 10% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF GAMUDA (EXCLUDING TREASURY SHARES, IF ANY) ("PROPOSED SCHEME")
Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 22 October 2021, 26 October 2021 and 1 November 2021 as well as the circular to shareholders dated 9 November 2021 in relation to the Proposed Scheme (“Circular”). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Circular.
On behalf of the Board, HLIB is pleased to announce that Gamuda has implemented the ESOS with effect from 8 December 2021, being the date on which the Company is in full compliance with Paragraph 6.43 of the Listing Requirements.
