- DECLARATION OF AN INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR FINANCIAL YEAR ENDING 31 JULY 2022
The Board of Directors of Gamuda (“Board”) is pleased to declare an interim dividend of 6.00 sen per ordinary share in Gamuda (“Share”) in respect of the financial year ending 31 July 2022 (“First Interim Dividend”).
The Board had also determined that the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (“DRP”), which was approved by the shareholders of the Company at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 5 December 2019, shall apply to the First Interim Dividend whereby shareholders will be given an option to elect to reinvest their First Interim Dividend into new Shares.
The listing of, and quotation for the new Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRP will be subjected to the approval of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) of which an application will be submitted in due course.
The decision of Bursa Securities and the entitlement date for the First Interim Dividend will be determined and announced in due course.
