OFFER OF OPTIONS UNDER THE EMPLOYEES SHARE OPTION SCHEME FOR ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS OF GAMUDA BERHAD ("GAMUDA") AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES (EXCLUDING DORMANT SUBSIDIARIES) (COLLECTIVELY "GAMUDA GROUP") ("SCHEME")
Further to our announcement made on 21 January 2022 pertaining to the second offer ("Offer") of options ("Options") under the Scheme, we wish to inform that the date of offer of the Options should be 24 January 2022 instead of 21 January 2022.
