GAMUDA'S EXISTING DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN ("DRP") THAT ALLOWS THE SHAREHOLDERS OF GAMUDA TO REINVEST THE ELECTABLE PORTION OF THEIR FIRST INTERIM DIVIDEND IN RESPECT OF THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDING 31 JULY 2022 INTO NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN GAMUDA ("GAMUDA SHARES") ("DRP APPLICATION")
We refer to the Company's announcements dated 14 January 2022, 21 January 2022, 4 March 2022 and 8 March 2022 in relation to the DRP Application. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
On behalf of the Board of Gamuda, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Gamuda has allotted and issued 40,402,455 New Shares on 8 March 2022 pursuant to the DRP Application. The said New Shares were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 9 March 2022, thereby marking the completion of the DRP Application.
With the listing of the said New Shares, the enlarged number of issued Gamuda Shares is 2,553,930,909 Gamuda Shares.
