GAMUDA'S EXISTING DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN ("DRP") THAT ALLOWS THE SHAREHOLDERS OF GAMUDA TO REINVEST THE ELECTABLE PORTION OF THEIR SECOND INTERIM DIVIDEND IN RESPECT OF THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31 JULY 2022 INTO NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN GAMUDA ("GAMUDA SHARES") ("DRP APPLICATION")
We refer to the Company's announcements dated 18 July 2022, 20 July 2022, 22 July 2022, 9 August 2022, 29 August 2022 and 2 September 2022 in relation to the DRP Application. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that Gamuda has allotted and issued 37,138,423 New Shares on 2 September 2022 pursuant to the DRP Application. The said New Shares were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Monday, 5 September 2022, thereby marking the completion of the DRP Application.
With the listing of the said New Shares, the enlarged number of issued Gamuda Shares is 2,591,069,332 Gamuda Shares.
