GAMUDA BERHAD ("GAMUDA" OR THE "COMPANY")
GAMUDA'S EXISTING DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN ("DRP") THAT ALLOWS SHAREHOLDERS OF GAMUDA TO REINVEST THE ELECTABLE PORTION OF THEIR SECOND INTERIM DIVIDEND IN RESPECT OF THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31 JULY 2024 INTO NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN GAMUDA ("GAMUDA SHARES") ("DRP APPLICATION")
We refer to the Company's announcements dated 25 June 2024, 15 July 2024, 16 July 2024, 26 July 2024, 13 August 2024, 2 September 2024 and 5 September 2024 in relation to the DRP Application. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that Gamuda has allotted and issued 27,667,776 new Gamuda Shares on 5 September 2024 pursuant to the DRP Application. The said new Gamuda Shares were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Friday, 6 September 2024, thereby marking the completion of the DRP Application.
With the listing of the said new Gamuda Shares, the enlarged number of issued Gamuda Shares is 2,818,341,587 Gamuda Shares.
