Remarks :
Current Quarter (Q1FY25)
1. The Group's revenue (including share of joint ventures' revenue) for the quarter ended 31 October 2024 rose 47% to RM4,190,356,000 from last year's quarterly revenue of RM2,846,005,000.
2. A first interim dividend of 5 sen per ordinary share has been declared on the enlarged share capital base (number of issued shares from 2.9 billion to 5.8 billion) after taking into account the effect of 1:1 bonus share issuance. The estimated dividend payout before and after bonus issue of shares remain the same at RM290 million.
The interim dividend is expected to be paid in February 2025.
