BONUS ISSUE OF UP TO 2,978,945,287 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN GAMUDA ("GAMUDA SHARES" OR "SHARES") ("BONUS SHARES") ON THE BASIS OF 1 BONUS SHARE FOR EVERY 1 EXISTING GAMUDA SHARE HELD AS AT 5.00 P.M. ON 20 DECEMBER 2024 ("ENTITLEMENT DATE") ("BONUS ISSUE OF SHARES")
We refer to the Company's announcements dated 26 September 2024, 21 October 2024, 22 October 2024, 7 November 2024 and 6 December 2024 in relation to the Bonus Issue of Shares. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that 2,843,898,687 Gamuda Shares will be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Shares and will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 23 December 2024, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date on 20 December 2024.
Following the above, the enlarged issued share capital of the Company will be RM4,845,231,824.05 comprising 5,687,797,374 Gamuda Shares.
