BONUS ISSUE OF UP TO 2,978,945,287 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN GAMUDA ("GAMUDA SHARES" OR "SHARES") ("BONUS SHARES") ON THE BASIS OF 1 BONUS SHARE FOR EVERY 1 EXISTING GAMUDA SHARE HELD AS AT 5.00 P.M. ON 20 DECEMBER 2024 ("ENTITLEMENT DATE") ("BONUS ISSUE OF SHARES")
We refer to the Company's announcements dated 26 September 2024, 21 October 2024, 22 October 2024, 7 November 2024, 6 December 2024 and 20 December 2024 in relation to the Bonus Issue of Shares. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
