GAMUDA BERHAD ("GAMUDA" OR THE "COMPANY")
GAMUDA'S EXISTING DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN ("DRP") THAT ALLOWS THE SHAREHOLDERS OF GAMUDA TO REINVEST THE ELECTABLE PORTION OF THEIR FIRST INTERIM DIVIDEND IN RESPECT OF THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDING 31 JULY 2025 INTO NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN GAMUDA ("GAMUDA SHARES") ("PROPOSED DRP APPLICATION")
We refer to the Company's announcements dated 12 December 2024, 13 January 2025 and 15 January 2025 in relation to the DRP Application. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
On 15 January 2025, the Company has announced that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 14 January 2025, approved the listing and quotation of up to 67,000,000 new Gamuda Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRP Application on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company had on 21 January 2025 submitted an application to Bursa Securities for the listing and quotation of an additional of up to 8,000,000 new Gamuda Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed DRP Application on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
