GAMUDA'S EXISTING DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN ("DRP") THAT ALLOWS THE SHAREHOLDERS OF GAMUDA TO REINVEST THE ELECTABLE PORTION OF THEIR SECOND INTERIM DIVIDEND IN RESPECT OF THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31 JULY 2025 INTO NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN GAMUDA ("GAMUDA SHARES" OR "SHARES") ("DRP APPLICATION")

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the DRP Application has been completed following the listing of and quotation for 47,329,795 New Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities today.
Following the above, the enlarged issued share capital of the Company is RM5,411,597,248.38 comprising 5,850,331,887 Gamuda Shares.
