Puan Lila Azmin Abdullah brings over 25 years of experience in corporate and project finance, mergers and acquisitions, treasury operations, and capital markets. She has held senior leadership roles with Axiata Group Berhad, UEM Group Berhad, and Malakoff Corporation Berhad, where she played a key role in shaping and executing major corporate transactions across the telecommunications, utilities, and infrastructure sectors, both in Malaysia and internationally. Her last role at Axiata was Group Chief Corporate Development Officer from 2020 to 2023, during which she also served as Acting Chief Financial Officer in 2023.
She currently serves on the Investment Panel of Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera (LTAT) and is an Independent Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chairperson of AmREIT Managers Sdn Bhd, the manager of AmFirst Real Estate Investment Trust. She is also an Independent Non-Executive Director and Nomination and Remuneration Committee member of HLA Holdings Sdn Bhd.
