CONSOLIDATION OF THE SELANGOR WATER INDUSTRY
- INDICATIVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PROPOSED PURCHASE OF 100% EQUITY IN SYARIKAT PENGELUAR AIR SELANGOR HOLDINGS BERHAD (“SPLASH HOLDINGS”) FROM KUMPULAN DARUL EHSAN BERHAD (“KDEB”)
Further to our announcement dated 21 February 2013 in relation to the above, Gamuda wishes to announce that it has today written to KDEB to seek further discussions and negotiations in order to obtain clarification on the indicative terms and conditions set out in KDEB’s letter dated 20 February 2013 and for all parties involved to reach mutually agreed terms and conditions.
Subject to all matters being satisfactorily concluded and agreed upon, Gamuda has informed KDEB that it is willing to pursue an agreement with KDEB.
