Striking-Off of a Subsidiary
Gamuda Berhad (“Gamuda”) wishes to announce that based on an application made by Gamuda (Bahrain) W.L.L. (“GBWLL”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gamuda, GBWLL had been struck off from the Commercial Register of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Kingdom of Bahrain on 2 April 2013 and was dissolved as it had ceased operations.
GBWLL was incorporated in the Kingdom of Bahrain on 27 July 2005 and its principal activities were civil engineering and construction. The cost of investment in GBWLL of RM204,000 has been recovered.
The striking-off of GBWLL has no material financial effect on the Gamuda Group for the financial year ending 31 July 2013.
