Description
PURCHASE OF LEASEHOLD LANDS IN MUKIM RAWANG, DISTRICT OF GOMBAK, SELANGOR DARUL EHSAN FOR A TOTAL CASH CONSIDERATION OF RM620.0 MILLION (‘PROPOSED ACQUISITION’)
We refer to our announcement of 13 June 2013 in respect of the above matter.
Gamuda Berhad (“Gamuda” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that Temasek Eklusif Sdn Bhd (Company No. 1050090-W) (“TESB”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Gamuda has today executed the Sale and Purchase Agreement with TPPT Sdn Bhd in respect of the Proposed Acquisition.
TESB is a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia on 14 June 2013. The current authorized share capital of TESB is RM400,000.00 comprising of 400,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each of which two (2) shares are issued and fully paid up.
