OFFER TO ACQUIRE THE REMAINING EQUITY INTEREST IN KESAS HOLDINGS BERHAD NOT HELD BY GAMUDA BERHAD
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Gamuda Berhad (“Gamuda”), CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Gamuda had today made offers to the remaining shareholders of Kesas Holdings Berhad (“Kesas Holdings”), namely, Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor, Permodalan Nasional Berhad and Amcorp Properties Berhad, to acquire their entire equity interest, collectively representing 70% equity interest, in Kesas Holdings (“Offers”).
The details of the Offers are as set out in the offer letters attached. Announcements will be made upon receipt of the decisions on the Offers.
