We refer to the above article that appeared in The Edge, page 59, on Monday, 20 January 2014.
In reply to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s query, we wish to clarify that as of today, Syarikat Pengeluar Air Sungai Selangor Sdn Bhd (“SPLASH”) has not received any letter from the Selangor State Government to terminate its licence to extract raw water.
