The Board of Directors of Gamuda wishes to announce that Gamuda had on 31 July 2014 entered into a Share Sale Agreement with Salak Park Sdn Bhd for the acquisition of the entire equity interest in Salak Land Development Sdn Bhd for a total cash consideration of RM784,328,030.64, details of which are as set out in the attachment.
