Appointment As The Project Delivery Partner For The Implementation Of The Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit Project: Sungai Buloh-Serdang-Putrajaya Line/Line 2 (“the Project”) –Shareholders’ Agreement
Further to our announcement dated 29 October 2014, Gamuda Berhad (“Gamuda” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that it has today entered into a Shareholders’ Agreement with MMC Corporation Berhad, to regulate their rights and liabilities as shareholders of the joint venture company named ‘MMC Gamuda KVMRT (PDP SSP) Sdn Bhd’ on a 50:50 basis. The joint venture company will act as the Project Delivery Partner for the implementation of the Project.
Gamuda will make the appropriate announcement to Bursa Malaysia as and when there is a material development in relation to the Project.
