INCORPORATION OF A NEW SUBSIDIARY
Gamuda Berhad ("Gamuda" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company has on 14 November 2014, incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary by the name of Gamuda (Australia) Pty Ltd (“Gamuda Australia”).
Gamuda Australia is incorporated in the state of Victoria, Australia with an issued and paid up capital of AUD1.00 comprising of 1 ordinary share of AUD1.00. The principal activity of Gamuda Australia is property development.
The above acquisition is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings and net assets of Gamuda for the financial year ending 31 July 2015.
None of the directors or substantial shareholders of the Company or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the incorporation of Gamuda Australia.
