PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF THE ENTIRE EQUITY INTEREST IN SALAK LAND DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD FOR A TOTAL CASH CONSIDERATION OF RM784,328,030.64 (“PROPOSED ACQUISITION”)
Reference is made to our announcement dated 4 August 2014 on the Proposed Acquisition.
Gamuda wishes to announce that the Proposed Acquisition had been completed on 9 March 2015 in accordance with the terms of the Share Sale Agreement dated 31 July 2014 between Gamuda and Salak Park Sdn Bhd.
With the completion of the Proposed Acquisition, Salak Land Development Sdn Bhd is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gamuda.
