INCORPORATION OF A NEW SUBSIDIARY
Gamuda Berhad ("Gamuda" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company has on 22 June 2015, incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary by the name of Gamuda (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“Gamuda Singapore”).
Gamuda Singapore is incorporated in Singapore with an issued and paid up capital of SGD1.00 comprising of 1 ordinary share of SGD1.00. The principal activity of Gamuda Singapore is investment holding.
The above acquisition is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings and net assets of Gamuda for the financial year ending 31 July 2016.
None of the directors or substantial shareholders of the Company or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the incorporation of Gamuda Singapore.
