We refer to the announcement dated 28 September 2015 in relation to the Proposed Rights Issue of Warrants. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcement shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Gamuda, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the listing application for the listing of and quotation for the Warrants and the new Gamuda Shares to be issued pursuant to the exercise of the Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Securities in relation to the Proposed Rights Issue of Warrants has been submitted to Bursa Securities on 16 October 2015.
