Tan Sri Dato' Seri Dr Haji Zainul Ariff bin Haji Hussain did not seek for re-election at the 39th Annual General Meeting of Gamuda Berhad held today, 7 December 2015. Hence, he retired from office as a Director of Gamuda Berhad in accordance with Article 95 of the Articles of Association of Gamuda Berhad at the close of the 39th Annual General Meeting.
Following his retirement, Tan Sri Dato' Seri Dr Haji Zainul Ariff bin Haji Hussain will also cease to be the Chairman of the Nomination Committee and a Member of both the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee of Gamuda Berhad.
