RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE OF 400,984,509 WARRANTS IN GAMUDA BERHAD ("GAMUDA") ("WARRANT(S)") ON THE BASIS OF ONE (1) WARRANT FOR EVERY SIX (6) EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES OF RM1.00 EACH HELD IN GAMUDA AT 5.00 P.M. ON THURSDAY, 11 FEBRUARY 2016, AT AN ISSUE PRICE OF RM0.25 PER WARRANT ("RIGHTS ISSUE OF WARRANTS").
Kindly be advised of the following :
1) The Right commence of trading : 12 Feb 2016
2) The Date of Despatch of the Prospectus and Provisional Allotment Letter of Offer : 15 Feb 2016
3) The last day and time for Acceptance, Renunciation and Payment : 26 Feb 2016
4) The Rights cessation quotation : 19 Feb 2016
The Stock Short Name, Number and ISIN Code GAMUDA-WR, 5398WR and MYL5398WR008
Remarks :- The last date of acceptance and payment as well as excess warrant application and payment is 26 February 2016 or any such later date and time as may be determined and announced by the Board of Directors of Gamuda, subject to the consent of our Underwriter, not less than two (2) market days prior to the stipulated closing date.
