ACCOLADE LAND SDN BHD ("PLAINTIFF") VS MASS RAPID TRANSIT CORPORATION SDN BHD & MMC GAMUDA KVMRT (PDP) SDN BHD ("KVMRT PDP") & OTHERS ("KVMRT PDP SUIT")
Reference is made to the announcement dated 27 June 2016 made by Gamuda Berhad ("Gamuda") pertaining to the KVMRT PDP Suit.
Gamuda wishes to furnish the following additional information: -
1. The Plaintiff did not state the rate of interest in its Statement of Claim.
2. At this juncture, Gamuda is unable to quantify the amount of potential liability to the Gamuda Group.
Gamuda will make the appropriate announcements to Bursa Securities as and when there is a material development in relation to the KVMRT PDP Suit.
