GAMUDA BERHAD (29579-T) (GAMUDA OR COMPANY) LETTER OF AWARD FOR APPOINTMENT AS PROJECT DELIVERY PARTNER ("PDP") FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ROADS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORT PROJECTS IN PENANG (PENANG TRANSPORT MASTER PLAN STRATEGY 2013-2030) ("TMP") - LETTER OF AWARD EXTENSION
Reference is made to the announcement made by the Company on 14 August 2015. Unless otherwise stated, words and expressions used in the said announcement shall have the same meaning as those attributed to them in this announcement.
The Company wishes to announce that the validity of the LOA has been extended by the State Government to 28 February 2017 vide its letter dated 29 July 2016 which was duly accepted by the SRS Consortium on 4 August 2016.
Save and except for the abovementioned, all terms and conditions of the LOA remain unchanged.
The Company will make the appropriate announcement to Bursa Securities as and when there is a material development in relation to the Project.
