GAMUDA BERHAD ("GAMUDA" OR THE "COMPANY")
(I) PROPOSED RIGHTS ISSUE OF WARRANTS; AND
(II) PROPOSED DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN.

We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 14 December 2018, 15 February 2019, 28 February 2019 and 15 March 2019 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations and definitions used in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Gamuda, RHB Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 21 March 2019 (which was received on 22 March 2019), given its approval for an extension of time until 19 September 2019 for the issuance of the circular to the shareholders of Gamuda in relation to the Proposals to comply with Paragraph 9.33(1)(b) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
