(I) PROPOSED RIGHTS ISSUE OF WARRANTS; AND
(II) PROPOSED DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN.

We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 14 December 2018, 15 February 2019, 28 February 2019, 15 March 2019, 22 March 2019 and 9 August 2019 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations and definitions used in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Gamuda, RHB Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 6 September 2019, resolved to grant Gamuda the following:
(a) a further extension of time until 31 December 2019, to comply with Paragraph 9.33(1)(b) of the Listing Requirements to issue the circular to shareholders in relation to the Proposed Rights Issue of Warrants; and
(b) an extension of time until 26 February 2020, to comply with Paragraph 6.62(1) of the Listing Requirements to complete the implementation of the Proposed Rights Issue of Warrants.
