DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN ("DRP")
We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 13 December 2019 and 17 December 2019 in relation to the DRP (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations and definitions used in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board of Gamuda, RHB Investment Bank Berhad (“RHBIB”) wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had, vide its letter dated 18 December 2019, approved the listing and quotation of up to 61,000,000 new ordinary shares in Gamuda on the Main Market of Bursa Securities to be issued pursuant to the DRP.
The approval by Bursa Securities is subject to the following conditions:
(i) Gamuda and RHBIB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the DRP;
(ii) Gamuda and RHBIB to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the DRP; and
(iii) Gamuda to furnish to Bursa Securities with written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities approval once the DRP is completed.
