Remarks :
On 13 December 2019, the Board of Directors of Gamuda Berhad ("Gamuda") ("Board") declared an interim dividend of 6.00 sen per ordinary share in Gamuda ("Gamuda Share") in respect of the financial year ending 31 July 2020 ("First Interim Dividend").
The Board had also determined that the Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRP"), which was approved by the shareholders of the Company at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 5 December 2019, shall apply to the First Interim Dividend whereby shareholders will be given an option to elect to reinvest their First Interim Dividend into new Gamuda Shares.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank Berhad had on 13 January 2020, announced that the issue price of the new Gamuda Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRP in respect of the First Interim Dividend had been fixed at RM3.60 per new Gamuda Share.
Holders of Warrants E who wish to exercise their Warrants E and be entitled to the First Interim Dividend with Dividend Reinvestment Plan must lodge their duly completed and signed subscription forms together with the exercise monies with the share registrar of the Company, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd by 5.00 p.m. on 16 January 2020.
