DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN ("DRP") APPLICABLE TO THE FIRST INTERIM DIVIDEND IN RESPECT OF THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDING 31 JULY 2020 ("1ST DRP")
We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 13 December 2019, 17 December 2019, 19 December 2019, 13 January 2020, 30 January 2020, 19 February 2020 and 25 February 2020 in relation to the 1st DRP (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations and definitions used in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board of Gamuda, RHB Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that Gamuda has allotted and issued 19,829,839 New Shares on 25 February 2020 pursuant to the 1st DRP. The said New Shares were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 26 February 2020, thereby marking the completion of the 1st DRP.
With the listing of the said New Shares, the enlarged number of issued Gamuda Shares is 2,512,799,654 Gamuda Shares.
