LETTER OF AWARD FOR APPOINTMENT AS PROJECT DELIVERY PARTNER ("PDP") FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ROADS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORT PROJECTS IN PENANG (PENANG TRANSPORT MASTER PLAN STRATEGY 2013-2030) ("TMP")
- LETTER OF AWARD ("LOA") EXTENSION
Reference is made to the announcements made by Gamuda Berhad (Company No. 29579-T) (“Gamuda” or “Company”) on 14 August 2015, 4 August 2016, 15 March 2017, 5 September 2017, 24 September 2018 and 10 September 2019.
Unless otherwise stated, words and expressions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the aforesaid announcements.
The Company wishes to announce that the validity of the LOA has been extended by the State Government to 31 August 2020 vide its letter dated 28 February 2020 which was duly received and accepted by SRS Consortium on 2 March 2020 (“Extension”).
Save and except for the abovementioned, all terms and conditions of the LOA remain unchanged.
The Company will make the appropriate announcement to Bursa Securities as and when there is a material development in relation to the Project.
